Your Beautiful, Neurodiverse Brain

Whether you have an ADHD diagnosis or not, you’re probably familiar with being distracted, unfocused or hyper-focused on the “wrong” thing, falling down research rabbit holes, or finding yourself in the middle of dozens of browser tabs, eyes glazed and not remembering why you opened up the browser to begin with.

Every time we tell ourselves that our ADHD is a problem, it creates a problem. That’s because we believe the stories we tell ourselves, and then our brain acts out those stories and makes them come true.

Instead, think of how you can use that beautiful brain of yours as an asset. How can this neurodiversity work for you? How is your ADHD perfect? How can you, with kindness and love for yourself and your brain, create structures and practices that help you focus and get sh*t done?

Without judgment of your neurodiversity, you can be free to notice potential strengths of how your brain works. Without trying to focus just like everyone else does, you can find ways to get the job done that works well for you.

I can help you shed judgment and stop comparing yourself to others so that you can embrace whatever learning and focus challenges you may have. Let’s talk!
